I beg leave to trespass once more on your goodness. I am one of those individuals not possessing the means of taking men as proposed by government but would be happy to go as one of the individuals if you can direct me to any person who intends to take out the number proposed. Likewise any further particulars that you can informed me of shall take it a favor by so doing you will oblidge your humble servant
