My Lord,
As I wish to avail myself of the offer held out by Govt. of sending people from this country to settle at the Cape of Good Hope, may I request your Lordship will have the goodness to send me a copy of the terms and conditions proposed. I also beg to know what time it is expected that persons conforming to the regulations should be fully prepared to set out, and from what port they are to sail. The favor of an answer soon as convenient is requested
