Gentlemen,
Having a Principal with ten families who are desirous to become settlers at the Cape of Good Hope should be glad to know in what way they are to be [encouraged?] and where the deposit money is to be paid so as to secure them a passage, where and when they are to embark and what weight of implyments, clothes &c they will be allow’d to take
