Mr. HEGGAT presents his compliments to Mr. GOULBURN and will be much obliged by any information with respect to a W.T. GYFFORD who has removed his furniture &c from a house which he rents of Mr. HEGGAT for the purpose of evading payment of the rent and who he understands is going out in a ship belonging to Government to the Cape of Good Hope. Mr.H’s object is to know whether there is any mode of stopping or of arresting him
