I shall feel myself obliged if you will favour me with the particulars & conditions proposed by Government to give encouragement to emigrate to the Cape of Good Hope; at same time please to state if the grants of land will take place, as there are several persons who have made application and who feel with myself exceeding a[nxious]ly upon the business.
