            I took the liberty some days ago solliciting the favor of you in furnishing me with the particulars on account of the new establishing of the Colony at the Cape of Good Hope. Having not been honoured with an answer I beg leave to apply again and hope you will not be offended for my intruding. I am Sir with due respect
