Wishing to avail myself in Emigration with some friends of the kind offer of His Majesty’s Ministers of Grants of Land at the Cape of Good Hope, I take the liberty of soliciting your Lordship to favour me with the particulars on which the grants can be obtained as likewise if any assistance will be granted on location of agricultural implements &c.
