My Lord,

            Understanding from report the terms on which families are allowed to Emigrate to the Cape, and having ten persons, heads of family, many of whom have property of their own, and others who intend to join with them have some; I request My Lord that your Lordship would be pleased to order a fresh sett, of the circular and other Documents to be forwarded, with the forms to be to be subscribed, which are to specify the willingness of the parties to conform to the Laws of the Colony, in case of their acceptance.
